Veronica from customer service is Amazing! I was having trouble renewing my membership. I was given the runaround from app to corporate. Veronica made it happen. I now have my membership. Thankyou Veronica

I rarely have problems here because people seem to be so helpful and kind but the last 4 out of 5 times that I got my curbside delivery the delivery person scared me so badly by automatically touching the button on my trunk and opening up my car without verifying who I am or where I wanted my groceries. I am disabled and have PTSD. I can't get the groceries out of my trunk when I get home because of how I have to park. Why can't they simply apologize and stop being so incredibly rude? And why can't anybody in customer service ever connect me with somebody without waiting thirty minutes on hold? PLEASE train the people to have better manners and be considerate. Sensitivity training is vital. 2 bad apples out of the rest of the wonderful people seem to be spoiling the bunch.

We recently participated in a chili cookoff and purchased a 10 lb sleave of 90% hamburger. What a disapointment! It was stringy, tough, and had a terrible taste. Never again will I purchase hamburger from Sams. Chicken, ribs, loin are excellent. Just not the hamburger.

Love the Scan&Go at Sam’s Club. Way nicer than the long lines at Costco. Scan&Go is no help with cafe orders at the Brownsville Sam’s, though. They’ve taken down the separate signs other Sam’s Club have for pickup lines. They blend the cash register orders in the same line with the Scan&Go to pick up food orders. Scan&Wait… &Wait……….

Sam's club has pretty good prices but it does cost a year, three years later no changes, except that I pay for a Prime Membership now it's about 110 bucks a year but some stuff I can get free shipping on. And I get a little bit of cash back which pays for my additional $60 a year. I also like the self-checkout through the app. I scanned the items as I put them in the basket hit pay and walk out the door, no waiting. Love it
